I know what you have. It was the same with me. I contacted the manager of Metro, explained what had happened to me. He listened to me and said he would contact me in thirty minutes. Half an hour passed, but there was silence. But an hour later the phone started working again. And I contacted him through the metropcs customer service. That's it!
