I have a site in Dreamweaver CS5 on a Mac OSX 10.7.2 and when I open a page and 'Insert' Advanced HTML Editor 3 . . . nothing happens?The insert option is the option available on my Mac.

Hello Joe Kenny.
Make sure your Workspace Layout is set to "Designer", then look for the DMXzone submenu in the insert bar, which appears. Look at the following screenshot for more information:

Remember that you have to restart DW after installing the extension.

I have just bought Advanced HTML Editor 3 and I have the same problem. I use DW CS5 on Mac 10.7.3.
Nothing happens when I click on the AHE3 icon.
Suggested solution above makes no difference.

No progress, so I closed down every user process that was running, and YES, the registration prompt appeared and I was able to complete the installation process.
Looks like the installation was actually incomplete, even though the icon was visible in the DW interface. Completion of the process meant that the icon is now active.
