Hello James.
Probably you are using cut/paste to place the private and the public keys.
1.Make sure you are pasting the correct key in the required field.
2.Take a look if while pasting your keys don't insert any empty spaces in the fields.

No the problem was the fields are reversed and I expected (assumed) them to be in the same order. What I mean is the Google page is Public, Private. The DMX Extension is Private, Public. You guys really should change the extension field order so that it matches Google.
