The Installation wizard did not recognize the user name your site issued to me. I wasted a lot of money and time trying to install the Accordion. I tried both copying from your initial email and pasting as well as entering manually. Nothing worked. I am very angry that I wasted so much time and I want a refund. I am using Dreamweaver CS5.5, running Mac 10.7.5 Replies

Sir,
This solution did NOT solve the problem.
I was never able to get the installation to work. I deleted deleting the extension via the extension manager and installed a clean copy, but when I attempted to use the extension, the username and password you re-issued was not recognized and did not work.
I had to go about the design of the site using a different method.
Please refund my money.
