I have followed the DMX Updater link from Dreamweaver 8 to get the upgrade but can't see how to do it. Am I missing something obvious? I suspect that is the case but some guidance would be appreciated.

Hello Peter,

The Update Procedure is:

1. Open one page that uses the CSS Image Gallery in Dreamweaver
2. Select the CSS Image Gallery on your page and then change something from the Inspector. Like move the current image selection forward and then back.
3. You should see some alerts about updated files, make sure you upload these to your live server and you are ready

I have tried that but no messages appeared. Still showing v1.0.4 as current and 1.0.5 as new in DMX Updater window.

I have successfully downloaded the new version but I am now being asked for a serial number to complete the installation. I haven't been able to find the original order confirmation email, which presumably would have contained it.

Just checked the DMX updater in Dreamweaver and the update has been completed without the serial number and seems to be working fine. Thanks for your assistance.

Further to my last message, the installation window now pops up when I start Dreamweaver so the installation process isn't complete. It looks as if I need the serial number.

Please go to DMXzone.com, make sure you are logged in then go to MyDMXzone / MyPurchases. There you will find all your purchases and serial numbers.
