Cool things about "Beginning PHP5 "
I bought this book four months ago as I needed to learn the latest PHP 5. I still remember the lines from these guys "Did the file you tested work? ....Dont worry; it's very common for problems to occur anytime you try something new, especially when it comes to computers and programming. Infact, consider yourself lucky if it didn't work because you will learn a lot more about PHP and programming from your mistakes than from your successes". So I became their fan. And as I continued through the chapters, it proved to be a superb knowlege base for me and a great reference for the future developments. I think if they had one chapter more in this book about templating in PHP, that would had make this book almost perfect.
Simply I would say, this book is an ultimate guide to the beginners and a valuable reference for the experienced PHP developers.
