Question:

I am trying to re-install my extensions, but I keep getting a message stating that the extension is being used by another application

Answer:

It is likely that your extension is installed for different versions of Dreamweaver.

Please open your extension manager and from the drop-down menu select any the Dreamweaver versions you should have and remove all instances of the extension.
