Windows 7 Beta Temporarily Offline
Microsoft has decided to suspend the download of the Windows 7 beta after the site become overloaded. The first beta was available for MSDN and Technet subscribers. However, Microsoft had problems with the issuance of keys.
Friday was the final public test version online, but the servers were by the massive interest in the beta quickly overloaded. The software giant decided to temporarily offline beta target, in the meantime, more server capacity available.
On Sunday, Microsoft has access to the beta versions restored and direct download links to work again. In addition, Microsoft employee Brandon LeBlanc announced that the limit of 2.5 million downloads in the next two weeks will not be activated. This would be all up to January 24 a test version of Win 7 beta build 7000 should be obtain.
