ImpAKT vs PHakt Support

Interakt's Phakt problem with spanish OS
Hi!
OK. Phakt is a great product. But the fail is in the product support. I'm having problems with Phakt running in spanish OSs. The problem is in the 'insert fireworks HTML' function.
I have sent emails to Interakt, p2p.wrox.com phakt forum and the UDZONE talkzones without any reply.
How Interakt thinks I will buy ImpAKT if I can't get a response about an important part of the product?

Sebastian. I believe we have corresponded regarding this problem, and to date I cannot replicate it.
You should also be aware that PHAkT is a GPL product, and as such NO product support is included in the deal. The methods set up by Interakt to provide support for PHAkT are setup to allow the commuity within PHAkT to help themselves.
With IMPAkT, FULL product support is included with the price. And therefore, any such issues will be dealt with.
What I do find interesting though, is that you use this error (that despite my best attempts I am unable to reproduce), and yet condemn Interakt without having even reported your problem to the bugtracking system in place for PHAkT. Surely, if you want this problem solved, and it is so important to you, you would have considered reporting the bug officially ?

I wasn't very clear in my previous post. Please, excuse me but I have some problems with my english.
When I said that in UDZONE I couldn't get any response, I was talking of Interakt people. The only place where I get any response was here and I thank you!!!
I know that GPL software like Phakt doesn't have support but I was trying to report the bug without any success. I will try in the bugtracker now.
We've studied the purchase of ImpAKT but because not to know if the problem persists in this product we decided to wait.......

No problem at all. You are completely entitled to your opinion, and as such I personally won't delete your post.
To put your mind at rest a little bit, I am on the IMPAkT development team, and as such I have tested the Insert Fireworks HTML command within the current build of IMPAkT, again, without any problem at all. However, despite this, I will keep testing this on future builds and will keep you informed.
