DHTML tooltip extension

This behavior displays a cross browser dHTML Tooltip when applied to an element of the page. The behavior is best applied to the onMouseOver Event - as a by-product of applying the behavior an onMouseOut behavior is applied to the element as well.

Note this version is not compatible with Netscape 6 - the beta version of a compatible version is available from this site.
