dHTML Tooltips Version 2
This behavior displays a cross browser dHTML Tooltip when applied to an element of the page. The behavior is best applied to the onMouseOver Event - as a by-product of applying the behavior an onMouseOut behavior is applied to the element as well.
This is a beta release of this version - all comments and feedback are welcome and will be incorporated into the final release.
Thanks for George Petrov for his assistance in the further development of this extension and ensuring compatibility with Netscape 6.0

Mozilla 1.4 Error
It looks fine in IE except I am also trying to get Chinese to show properly. :-)
However Mozilla 1.4 gave this Javascript error:
Error: uncaught exception: [Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x8000ffff (NS_ERROR_UNEXPECTED) [nsIDOMWindowInternal.unescape]" nsresult: "0x8000ffff (NS_ERROR_UNEXPECTED)" location: "JS frame :: http://ourserver/ourfile.php :: showTooltip :: line 42" data: no]

Dave Hi David G. Miles :
i must say that it's is great extension , if you allow me i have a suggestion... if you can have some button for the border( inside the extension ) like : " border-style: dotted; border-top-width: 1px; border-right-width" so that we will not hand code...
thanks allottttt for your great work ...
Usage?
How do i access it ? it's not found in server behaviors .
How do i use it ?
I tried to edit
in Firefox: Tooltips were on left Top edge of the page . That's why I decided to edit Show Tooltip.htm . After my edit it look worst in IE. I believe this behavior will make adding tooltips much easier than any other method.
