The Personal Object Palette allows you to group all your Objects that can be found on the standard Object Palette. This way all your favorite objects are accessible from the objects panel and there's no need anymore to use the dropdown menu to switch from 'form' objects to 'common' objects.
Fix : Due to a problem when using 'unsaved' files, the source of the JavaScript file was incorrect. All my apologies for those who experienced the problem.
When you install this extension, it creates a new Palette named 'Personal'. In this Palette you will find a single Icon,
,which actually is not an object, but has been placed there for more convenience. Once you click on this icon, you will get the interface that will let you select each object you want to stack into your personal object palette.
Then, clicking the OK command will set up instantly your Personal Object Palette

Javascript Error In file 00_obeject_palette:
initialize UI is not defined

this error is probably due to the fact that DW can't find the JavaScript file containing the function initializeUI() which is launched when you click on the Configure button.
Try to uninstall the extension and re-install it. Then look to the folder $dreamweaver\Configuration\Objects\Personal and make sure you have the file object_palette.js ($dreamweaver is your install directory)
If this error occurs again, please tell me so that I can try to reproduce it.

Ok the problem was due to a location that was absolute and not relative to the dreamweaver install directory.
This is now fixed and should be working. All my apologies.
