Definitely a must-have

June 16, 2016 by Greta Garberini
Many computer users with an ASCII keyboard can't imagine the importance of "special characters". Those who speak "foreign" languages don't consider an é, ł, ဈ, or ж as special characters. Its their mother tongue from birth and since school-days just normal writing usance. DMXzone is one of few companies which has a sense for this, thanks to their own multi-cultural background. Another example for a language-sensitive extension is DMXzones calendar3 app. Especially Date and time functions are nightmares for programmers and the language selector there saves much time for web-developers. Unicode Add-on helps you to validate a form where you ask (not only) for names and addresses. You may want to filter out numbers and punctuation but not names like "Françoise César", "Hans-Jürgen Möller" or "Lech Wałęsa" It might look as a minor work and one may ask how can DMXzone sell each and every add-on for a lot of money. (DMXzone's extensions all sum up). On the other hand: Add-ons also mean a lot of hard work; even more if one includes many, many languages. DMXzone leads the pack with multi-lingual solutions. HTML5 Form Validator Unicode Add-on is another great step against spam-bots and a convenience for recipients of all kinds of contact forms. Definitely a "must-have" even for English speaking countries and citizens with "exotic" names.
