How do I insert a link in a layer to an anchor point in another layer that's hidden in the same frame?

Hi, Im new at this game, so if you think I'm an idiot that's cool. My question is this: I have two frames, in one are the navigation elements which show and hide the info layers in the other frame. I want to add links from specific words in some of the layers to anchors in other layers within that frame. Can this be done, since the layers don't have URLs? Also, I guess it's sort of similar, how do I add Previous and Next buttons to layers without URLs?

For as far as i know anchors work only in one document

I use DynLayer inside other dynlayer an controls the scroll of it moving across his father layer, but if i have an anchor inside the html how can i move the layer to the pos of the anchor that is inside the html of this layer?

I can check the document.all.tags('a') and knows the name of the anchor but can i parse this name to pixels position?
