DMXzone joins hands with Marja Ribbers (FlevOOware)
Joining Forces
The Dreamweaver users already love the extensions produced by DMXzone, like Pure ASP Upload, Smart Image Processor, Advanced Open Window 3, File Genie and much more.
You will soon see more and more top extensions coming out the highly qualified team of DMXzone – now also containing the DHTML guru Marja Ribbers, author of eg. Cross-browser AutoScroller, Slide Layer and Persistent Layers.
Layer Genie
We are already finishing up a new magnificent DHTML extension called Layer Genie.
This set of behaviors will take all the hassle out of showing, hiding and positioning (menu) layers, including dependency relations between them, so you can concentrate on the layout design of your pages.
Furthermore, the behaviors offer some advanced, dynamic ways of making layers visible or hidden. Many display effects and transitions are available! Now you can make your sites swing beyond your wildest dreams.
Layer Genie is extremely well suited to create eg.:
- a layer-based menu system with (multi-level) flyout or dropdown menus, even across frames. Building layer-based menu systems has never been this easy.
- a layer-based slide show with advanced transition effects from one slide to the next.

"We are really excited that Marja has joined our team. Together we can satisfy the biggest needs of the Dreamweaver community - we can realise extensions that were normally too difficult to do. Now we have on our team all the people for the different tasks for developing an extension . We have George Petrov & Marja Ribbers for the Server Side and (client-side) DHTML code as well for the extension coding, Martha Graham for support and extension documentation, Frank Beverdam for creating those cool logos and designs and of course the rest of the team for supporting the whole community and helping all the members of DMXzone."
Marja Ribbers
"I’m proud and excited to be teaming up with DMXzone to create high standard Dreamweaver extensions. This is a great opportunity for all of us and I’m sure the Dreamweaver community will see lots of interesting and exciting new things come out of this cooperation."
