PHP Form Validation Pack - VDaemon Lite Manual Support
The VDaemon Lite Extension gives Macromedia Dreamweaver MX users the unique ability to incorporate form user input validation code into PHP pages in a quick, easy, and effective manner - no PHP knowlege required to create typical form validation. On other hand VDaemon Lite makes skilled PHP developers free to create advanced validation solutions.
VDaemon Lite gives mechanism for all common types of standard validation:

Overview
UI Access
VDaemon Lite tab appears in the Insert Panel and VDaemon Server Behaviors appear in the Server Behaviors panel. VDaemon Lite extension is also accessible from the Insert menu.
If you want to enable all VDaemon Lite features do not forget to turn the following Dreamweaver preferences on:
Preferences -> Highlighting -> Third-Party Tags
Preferences -> Invisible Elements -> Nonvisual Server Markup Tags

i think this is a real good idea but i tried to use this extension but i failed !

Works great, but this isn't really free
I love this extension, but it doesn't work without the PHP library, which sells for around $40 for ONE SITE ONLY.
If you're developing sites for customers, you'll have to purchase the distribution license for $500. Yipes.
