Hello Manuel,
Is there any error message appearing? What server type are you using? Is there any mod_security installed?
Please check this with your hosting provider. There should be logs on your server storing the error messages.

There's no error messages when i try to upload; the webserver is Apache; i think that there's no mod_security installed. I've my website hosted on siteground.com I'll try to talk with host to check if there's something wrong. If you have any other ideia for solving this situation please tell me. Thanks

I talk to my host and here's the answer bellow. Then i just check some things but i still don't understand what's wrong. Here's a page: www.viaviti.net/pt/ref_vinicas.html
Is it possible to check if something is wrong? the folder to upload in file manager is "../upload/file_manager"
" Hello,
Please note that I recommend you to upload all files needed by your site to:
/home/viaviti/public_html/
directory via FTP and for more information how to use the FTP service please check:
www.siteground.com/tutorials/ftp/index.htm
I suppose that your HTML editor supports FTP protocol. Also note that some files are uploaded to:
/home/viaviti/upload
which is not correct. After each upload session please reload the site and check it. For more details open:
kb.siteground.com/article/How_to_clear_cache_in_Firefox_InternetExplorer_Safari_Opera.html
Should you have questions or comments or require any further assistance please feel free to contact us again.

Hi again. Sorry to return to this subject but a can really understand what's going wrong. I use a Wamp Server and my site is well defined on my local computer. I think the problem is on the remote folder. I tried every combination with no success. On remote folder i just insert /public_html/ (which is the remote folder on the live server) and with the rest of the html editor i browse for the place wish i want to upload the files. Could you please check this link: www.viaviti.net/teste.php and check what's going wrong please. i'll be very pleasent if you help me understand this. Thanks

Dear manuel,
I just tested the upload on your website and it seems to be working just fine.
