I am looking for a date picker that supports YYYY/MM/DD as a date format (the standard for MySQL at my ISP) but the nearest that is shown on your tutorial screens is YY/MM/DD Official Answer

Hello Geoff,
Yes it does support YY/MM/DD. Note that YY means the full year format /2012/.

The datepicker does not work with YYYY-MM-DD!
It returns a invalid date when using a update on the recordset.

I do have an example but do not want to publish the details publically. I am also online to Vulcho at the moment and he is helping me. The problem is that if I use the video as a tutorial on updating the database the date is shown to be entered as yy-mm-dd - but when I do this the database shows it as a invalid format - I also would like to know how to format a date shown in the datagrid - do I have to enter a before and after entry?
