I've installed the Extensions long time ago with Adobe Extension Manager. Now the AEM shows me that updates are avaiable. Normally i make the Updates with CMX EM. Could i delete the extensions of DMX from AEM?

If you want, you can remove the extensions from Adobe EM, and reinstall them using DMXzone EM. If you prefer not to uninstall them from Adobe EM, just ignore the update/not installed messages that Adobe EM show. DMXzone EM is installing the extensions separately from Adobe EM.
