I`m not able to finalize the installation of Advanced Tooltip in CS6 running under Windows 8.1. I got message the `the extension is now fully installed` and `pls restart your DW` but nothing happened. After opening DW, the program tries to install DMX extension manager every time.

Are you referring to Adobe Extension Manager?
