Had zero issues with it before. All of a sudden it's useless. I can also see from the long list of folks having the same sort of problems that I will most likely get no support. I have done all suggested "fixes". The program doesn't load. It just causes a "loading ring" to appear and flash next to the mouse pointer.

Unfortunately, this software is the only way to install extensions into DW. Without it, the thousands I have spent on extensions are useless.

Please either walk me through the problem with your software not working, or refund all of the money I have spent because I can't use what I paid for.

Hello, we can't really recreate this issue. The extension manager is tested and runs fine on our windows 10 and windows 11 machines. It's also been used by thousands users, including non-dmxzone users, who use it to install third party extensions.
Maybe make sure your video drivers are up to date and reinstall the EM from scratch.
