Different options for each File upload Field
Pure Upload 3’s interface has evolved to the next level. Now you can specify different options for each file upload field. This way you can have each upload field stored in a different location and specify which file types are allowed per field. Next to this the integration with the database server behavior has been improved even more. With an improved DW interface the extension is easier to use then ever.

Property inspectors for file upload fields
The new version not only uses server behaviors but also has its own property inspectors for file upload fields where you can setup individual options directly.

Pure ASP Upload 3 also enables you to edit all the settings you need of the Flash upload control.

Extended data bindings
Furthermore extended data bindings are available so that you can easily access the properties of the uploaded files and have total freedom to use them any way you intent to.

Pure ASP Upload 3 allows you to set the properties of your form fields in the bindings menu.

Now file size, image dimensions and type restrictions are checked client-side as well  as server-side! This is the most secure way to allow uploads. When using the Flash Upload control the file sizes and allowed extensions are checked *before* the upload is done!

Updating Procedure

Here are five easy steps to update all your pages;

1. Install the latest version of Pure ASP Upload 3
   
2. Open your Pure ASP Upload 3 page
   
3. Select the existing Pure ASP Upload 3 Server Behaviour from the server behaviors palette
4. Click on the ok button to re-apply the server behaviours
5. An alert will be sure that your files are replaces, make sure you upload the files to your server

This process updates the PHP file in the general ScriptLibrary folder so a single page update is enough.
