I am using "dynamic flash gallery" it works after creation but when I try to upload additional picture I get the message:"assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated"
on several line of "dmxFlashGallery2.php"

The server runs php version 5.3.21
There are 87 issues, starting at line 236 to 2822, these are very easy to find, just search for "=& new", this is line 236:
$cls =& new $_GET["action"]();

I still not got a solution to the problem. Please send me the new file "dmxFlashGallery2.php' to replace the Original so I can upload the server.
