Has any one received this error when uploading images: sharpen not supported by PictureProcessor

This even occured with the standard sample images from MS.

Hello John,
Actually it does not matter if you are using "the standard sample images from MS." or any other image.
It is the component on your server that does not support sharpen. You can turn that option off in Smart Image processor or use a different component.

I am receiving this error when I use the image upload feature in the Advanced HTML editor 3. There is no option to turn off the sharpen feature. I am using the latest versions of the components. In IE9 I get a permissions issue in Firefox I get the above issue. This was working fine, it recently stopped working.
If I use the HTML Editor 2 and the older smart image processor everything works perfectly.
