I have never managed to get this extension running, either on my local testing server (Windows 2003) or my actual live server (Windows 2008).

I always get the "no component installed" error.

When I run the test it would seem that they are, however all installed. I would really appreciate some help with this. I have screenshots if that helps, www.stalbans-photography.co.uk/help/.

Do you have .net component installed on your server? What is your server type 32 or 64it?

It is definitely installed on the testing server (2003), how do I check on the live server (2008)?

Right, I have checked and .Net is installed on both machines

My testing server (2003) is 32bit and my live server (2008) is running 64 bit.

The extension is not working.

I have checked that article before:

I ran the /ScriptLibrary/sip_service.asmx in my browser and it worked ok (it brought up a page titled, "DMXzone Image Processor Web Service".

The site root is a Web Application.

The /bin is uploaded

I do not see any ASP.NET errors or just code.

SIP still does not work.
