I have the data grid from the previous thread where you click on a row and you can download a document. But I've found that if a record in the table is deleted or name of the file modified, I get an Access Forbidden when I try to browse to it. Even though it appears correctly in the data grid. The URL is also correct, but it will not allow me to download the file, instead giving me an error message.

So, for example, if docID 16 was deleted, because the file was no longer available, the next Insert record would have the docID of 17. But when I click on that row, the URL will correctly have mydomain.com/mydoc.docx?id=17 but I will get an Access Forbidden message.

Why is this and how can I remedy it? Thank you.

The problem was not with the DMXZone data grid at all, but with file permissions.
