Data Grid Still doesn't remember Filter setting for Data Source in new version 1.08

I just upgraded to version 1.08 and find it still does not save the filter setting for the data source.I'm using ASP in this case and CS4 on Windows.
If I set the filter to use a session variable the setting is lost everytime when I return to the dialog it reverts to Entered Value and must be manually set back to Session variable.
