I am configuring a new contact form and When using the form validator there are a couple of issues: 1st, the form does not validate on field change as configured. 2nd, when the page gets validated on Submit, ERROR messages are not showing in ToolTip balloons only the text shows below the form field. 3rd, the Form fields do not change according to the CSS rules for valid or error conditions.
