Change position of toolip to front of field?

I made changes to the CSS but did not seem to be affecting the change I wanted to make. Can I edit the CSS to have the toolip (5) be at the beginning of the field rather that the end of the field. Thanks. Replies

If you hit submit you will see the toolip towards the end of the field. Would like it positioned at the beginning of the field. The site is made to be responsive, so the fields are %'s.

Bummer - now the red boxes are not showing at all. Was working.....
