I have made a Multi page form as in tutorial www.dmxzone.com/ytlink.asp?NewsId=22282&autoplay=1&hd=1, but without the dynamic dropdown. It works seamlessly. But when adding UFV it will mess up and take away the formatting of the tabs.
Seems the messing up had to do with the order of script an css. Everything is in now and TABS are ok. But no validation! stichtingsneek1818.nl/aanvragen2.php
