Hello Jamie,

What exactly do you need to achieve?

Similar to the example provided here:
file management for cms platform.

so using Folder View 2 to navigate the folders which I have done, and then using File Genie PHP to present the files as clicked in Folder view.
I have the two working but individually.

Hi Teodor

that guide is very nice and may come in handy but doesn't help me with my question.

This link provides an example of both file genie and the folder plugin working together:
ie folder plugin display folders and paths with navigation providing a click to view folder contents which is displayed with file genie, linking these two plugins together to create an explorer like interface for complete file management/navigation is what is wanted.

Adding delete or working with an individual plugin is not a problem, actually quite simple. but when I come to link folder view and file genie into one page as the provided example is where I am failing.

Sorry if that hasn't been very clear.

Any further help in solving this would be appreciated.

The demo for Folder view 2 working with File Genie PHP does not show how to set it up.
I have Folder View 2 to navigate the folders working on one page, and then another page with File Genie PHP to present the files in a single folder.
I need to have the two working together to enable the files to be downloaded.
Alternatively, can a download function be added to Folder view for all files listed in all folders?

Hello, I was also curious if there was a guide created to create the File Management Showcase that is featured in the below link (though I have the PHP vs ASP extensions)? I am hoping to create something similar but also having the ability for people to download the files as well as upload files.

Thank you!
