I am having a problem connecting with my database using Dreamweaver CC.

I have enabled the depreciated Database and Behaviours extension

I have then got error messages about 404 No testing server or pointing to the wrond directory looking for the connection file. - these are all as they should be!

I have then coppied the files from within the configuration folder of Dreamweaver and have uploaded them to my server which then works for one connection.

After this the connection fails again.

I have checked, and the files are still in the correct place on the server.

Does anyone know how to resolve this please?

Hello Daryl,

You might need to contact Adobe Tech Support in regards of any problems with their extension, enabling depreciated Database and Behaviours panels.
As far as I know the extension fails to create certain files in _mmServerScripts folder. A possible workaround exists if you have previous version of Dreamweaver - define the same site in a previous version of Dreamweaver and build the database connection through there in order to get the required files created in _mmServerScripts folder. Then you will be able to use that DB connection in DW CC as well.

Regards.
