This is not the screen resolution. This is the font/items size of your Windows OS.
It is required this to be set to its default size of 100%, otherwise the Dreamweaver Interface may look strange.

Dreamweaver Interface looks fine, only your extension pop up's look strange.
I have to use 125% otherwise I can't read the text.
As other can, I hope you can fix that too...
