I have encoded the three video types and they all appear in the same folder on the server. They all have the same name but different extensions. However they all play on the computer in the browser. It does not play MP4 on computer and the other types on other devices. It plays all three types one after the other. The browser is chrome.
Please can you tell me where I have gone wrong

go to activ111.com and click login, then login.
At the menu select video lessons - you will then see that I am in the process of bringing your menu into operation whilst leaving the other there to make sure I do not miss anything,
On your menu select Daniel Twine
Then select 2014 competitions
Then select stratford sabre
This works for me.

Sorry that I am not very good at using your programs. The instructions are difficult for me to use. But I will get there in the end.

Well Chris,
You added each of the videos using the "add new" button. You should add the .mp4 only and then add the rest below, as in the screenshot:
