Hello all.
I installed OPE(Online Page Editor) and testing it.
I can login and edit html file, but cannot save it.
When I click save button, following message appeared.

"You don't have FTP Support on this server, or your provider haven't enable it!"

Ofcourse I configured FTP parameters on the OPE panel as same as I dit it for Dreamweaver.

What's going on?

Hello Mas,

Please check if the passive mode is turned on for your FTP, also see if your FTP folder path is set correctly.

Hello Miro

Thanks for your advise.

Teodor helped me at online help.
He advised me to check FTP support of PHP.
I am waiting provider's answer.

But it seems "disabled" because I cannot find "enable-ftp" on phpinfo().

Hello Miro and Teodor

I unchecked "Save Files with FTP".
Then saving file is successful!

FTP seems to be not necessary.
Is it correct configuration?

Hello Mas,

It is your choice to use the FTP or not. We recommend using it if you have any server permissions problems.
The Ajax Login Box option is very secure, so you shouldn't be worried about using just it, without ftp.

Hello Teodor.
Thank you again.

I checked phpinfo() and found that FTP is not enabled.
So I tried not to use FTP, then succeeded file saving.
Finally, I switched login method from HTTP to Ajax and remove .htaccess you advised me.

Everything is fine.

Thank you so much Teodor.
