Using the latest version of the Online Editor. The exact same file works perfectly on one server but on the other server it will try to login but just keeps processing. All permissions have been set.

Hi Vulcho and thank you,

In an attempt to eliminate variables I have uploaded two identical test pages on different servers.
Both access keys are ctrl+F2
Username: bronnie
Password: bull

the one that works is:
theforesight.co/test.html

the one that doesn't is:
fishcoaching.com.au/test.html

Cheers

Hello,

On your second server, when debugging it i see

500 Internal Server Error

The 500 error code might be anything. Please contact your server admins and ask them to check the detailed error report.

Thanks Teodor,
I have checked the error logs and had a response from the hosting company. There is an issue with the permission settings. Although the server seems to allow a change to 777 settings, the company have advised that it forbidden. I have tried different settings with no success. Is there a work around for this issue or is the on-line editor unuseable for this domain?

Hello,

You need your permissions set to: 666 for files and 777 for folders.
