I am trying to install my products to Dreamweaver using extension manager. When I launch Dreamweaver, it prompts me for the serial number as well as the login and password that was sent to my email address. It tells me they are invalid. I am able to login to the DMX website with the same credentials, however.

Can you please make sure if you are copy/pasting the credentials, that you don't enter any empty spaces?
