Does not work in Chrome 28.0.1500.72 m, Internet Explorer 10.Works in Opera 12.16 and Firefox 22.0.

Just tested your page on the latest versions of Firefox, Chrome, Opera and IE, There is no issue with bringing up the login screen (Ctrl+F2)
