Problem with editor appearing behind another div

All seems to work OK except the editor window is hidden behind the footer div. Is this a z-index issue? I've tried using very high z-index values for the editable div as well as its parents but still cannot bring the editor to the front.www.cheshirescientific.co.uk/newsite/
