Hello Oscar and welcome to DMXZone support forum.
The best way to increase Quality of the images is to use images with higher resolutions , before adding them to nivo slider and resizing them.

Hi!
I am using jpeg with quality of 100, but when nivo slider resize the image it loses quality considerably.
The image have the same width and height that the final big images, so really nivo slider dont have to resize it.
