I need the lightbox to open in a custom lightbox, not the default. I have another lightbox on the page, but it's not using the styling from there.

Unfortunately it is not possible to select a different preset through the slider. What you can do is to copy the desired style and save it as a default using the Manage Lightbox Configuration Presets option.
