Maps not showing in Internet Explorer 10. Is there a fix for this?

I have two sites under development where this behavior is happening:

pmorgan.emwd.com/ (the map is under the address)

max.emwd.com/ (the map is under the address)

There is some error on the page caused by the foundaton.js and this line:

<script>
$(document).foundation();
</script> 

I removed the following 3 lines:

<script>  
$(document).foundation();  
</script>   

and the maps are still now showing. I am not seeing where the foundation.js is being referenced.
