1) i built a template in dreamweaver cs5 with 960px width. all children are doing well, only the page with this add-on enclosed will expand about 20-30px in width. i don't know how to eliminate this.

have a eye on the content width.

1) then click for example "downloads", you'll see, that this content is in whole a little bit smaller, of course 960px. then click back to "location" and the content expands about 20-30px. it flips...
this page works well with google maps and ajax autocomplete. the width is constantly 960px. when i add the direction add-on to the page, the width is more than 960px in the browser window..
i tried to minimize the direction add-on width to 600px, but the problem is still the same. content expands.

2) when i click the direction add-on in ipad 3, safari crashes immediately.

the width problems are not connected with our extension in any way. It is your Table Layout that is built this way.
