When I go to Thumbnail view, all the thumbnails are blank with their name below. I have tested this with .PNG and .JPG images and have the same results. I spoke with tech support and he said he would talk with the developers, but wanted to also post the issue here in case others have the same issue.

I also have the Image Gallery extension and it displays the thumbnails without any issue.

The folder and subfolders the file manage points to has readable and writable permissions. I also gave readable and writable permissions to the File Manager folder in case that was the problem and it did not make any difference.

I figured out the problem. The website host was running .NET version 1.1. I changed to 3.5 and the thumbnails are returned as expected.
