How do you bind a form variable to an asp page? The same bindings don't show up with an ASP page for whatever reason.

I am using DW CS5 and when I get to the part where it wants me to select the check empty option it does not show up. I tried to add it but dreamweaver just takes me to an adobe page with 60 some download. Does anyone know which one to download, or maybe the script code it uses?
