Hi, I've added the Calendar 2 script to two pages; the calendar icon only shows up on one. I must be missing some js code somewhere even though I copied and pasted the js script from the working page into the nonworking page. Here are the pages.

www.luigispizzaandfuncenter.com/birthday-party-packages/standard-birthday-party-g1 (added to the Birthday Party Page)
I can see the box, but not the icon on the Birthday Party Page.
Please let me know what I'm missing. Thanks.
