I have tried to re-install several times, but every time I try to insert a Time Picker I get the following error.

Hello Jeff.
Lets try the following:
1.Clear your DW cache file :
Clearing Dreamweaver's cache
2.Uninstall the extension.
3.Install a fresh copy of the extension from the product page:
DMXzone Timepicker
4.Try to place the extension again on your page.
