Over a screen titled : "Welcome to the ##product## Installation Wizard" the following error message pops up:

QUOTE While executing onLoad in dmxPrintIt10_install.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:

In file "dmxPrintIt10_install.htm:

After clicking on the OK a further similar message pops up this time the JavaScript error is:

Hoping someone can help.

Four (4) weeks have passed since I last responded to you and the extension still cannot be used.

Please update me as to when you expect to solve/fix this issue.

I have installed a Trial copy of Dreamweaver CC and the PrintIt extension works fine in that version of Dreamweaver BUT it still suffers from the previously reported errors in Dreamweaver CS6. As we do not anticipate going to CC in the near future we need to be able to use this extension and urge you to at least reply to this topic.

If you are unable to solve this issue within a reasonable time then refund the purchase price.

Hello John,

Do following:
1) Close DW and open Extensions manager
2) Remove the dmxPrintIt extension and close Extension Manager.
3) Clean your DW cache file as shown in this FAQ:
4) Restart your DW, close it and open it again.
5) Go to Window( DW CC) or Commands (DW CS6-) and click Manage Extensions... ( will start your EM).
6) Close Your DW and install the PrintIt in Extensions Manager then finish the installation wizard in DW, following the on screen instructions.

Yes that did work BUT your very slow responses to support requests has permanently damaged our view of DMXZone and we will now prefer other authors of extensions over DMXZone. You need to learn that the Customer is King!
