Hi, I am using CC 2014.1 64-bit.

I try to add a folder (or a single image) to my slideshow.

I hit 'OK' on the Image Resizer screen, and it give an error message like in the image below.

Hi Terry,
This issue is caused by the 64bit version of DW does not support the 32bit script, that resizes the images. An update, that improves the 64bit compatibility of the HTML5 Slideshow is coming next week. Meanwhile, you can resize your images before adding them into the slideshow.

Many thanks, Teodor.

I had a feeling it was a 64-bit problem. Thanks for letting me know, and I did go ahead and optimize the images with Photoshop.

Looking forward to the new release! I like this Slideshow. You guys do great work.

Wow, I just bought this slider and should have read this. I have been having headaches with a lot of DMX products with 64-bit. One would think 8 months would be more than enough time to resolve this... can I get a refund until I get something that works as advertised (or a big warning: This does not work with the latest version of Dreamweaver)

Hello Chuck,
The extension is working just fine in CC2015 64bit, except the resize option, which can be turned off. An update is coming in a week, so all will be fixed.
The rest of our extensions are fully 64bit compatible.

Hello Chuck,
As i explained above, the update will be released in the upcoming couple of weeks, and you will be notified when it is available. Meanwhile you can just turn it off and use Photoshop to resize your images, prior to import.
