Image paths not showing up in database.

I have gone threw the tutorial a hundred time. Gone through about ever forum post also. All I have is a text field along with a file filed and a submit button. but when I when I submit an image along with text, the text shows up just fine in my database, but no path shows up in the database.
I am confused very much on why this isn't working. Please help me out here.

The issue on your page is caused by the fact in your Insert Record behavior you set the Image to be stored as INTEGER... Change this to TEXT please.
